Matt's Art
Growing up, I loved turning over rocks to see what was living underneath. I spent countless hours reading Colin Thompson’s books and exploring all the details of his tiny, intricate worlds. The art & world of Dinotopia inspired my childhood imagination & led me to explore the relationships between humans and giant animal companions. My love of insects and the tiny details of the natural world led to a degree in entomology that has continued to inspire my art & the imaginary worlds I build.
